VOGUE JAPAN SPECIAL EDITION

In celebration of Vogue Japan’s 15th year, Mario Testino was invited to be the magazine’s first ever guest editor. Intensifying the spirit of unwavering conviction that he had noticed after years of travelling to and from the country, Testino worked closely with editor Mitsuko Watanabe and fashion director Anna Dello Russo to explore the theme of Obsession. Gracing the special six-page cover is model Miranda Kerr dressed in an array of attire in the style of geisha, samurai and manga; all representative archetypes of Japanese culture and dress.
